You can increase the speed in which buildings are constructed in mafia city by upgrading your constructional engineering buildings. Maxing out both of these buildings gives you a 12% increase in speed in the first building, and an 18% increase in speed in the second. The only issue with this tactic is the fact that maxing out both of these buildings is very costly in itself.

Get To Grips With Equipment

Some say that learning about equipment and utilizing that knowledge effectively is the best way to level up construction fast in Mafia City. The main pieces of equipment you want to level up at Guns, Clothes, Pants, and Shoes. Remember: When crafting your items always make sure to craft the purple tier of equipment as it gives you the best boosts, and reduced the costs of cheques further down the line.

For guns and pants, it's recommended that you just craft the highest level of equipment that your hero can wear.  Purple Tier guns give you a 9.5% construction speed buff, and the Purple Tier pants give the same.

For clothing, the meta seems to be getting the level 20 quality shirt. This will be you a 12.5% buff to the construction speed.

Finally, for shoes, it's widely accepted that the best items are the level 30 casual boots, which give you a 16.5% boost to the construction at purple quality.
